    Professor Tarunabh Khaitan

    Professor (Chair) of Public Law, LSE

    Tarun Khaitan is the Professor (Chair) of Public Law at the LSE Law School and an Honorary Professorial Fellow at Melbourne Law School. Previously, he has been the Head of Research at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights (Oxford), the Professor of Public Law and Legal Theory (Oxford), Vice Dean (Faculty of Law, Oxford), and a Visiting Professor of Law (Chicago, Harvard, and NYU law schools). As a Founding Member of the GAC, he provides the intellectual and ethical anchor for Constitution Watchdog’s global mission.

    Leo Spitz Distinguished Service Professor of International Law, Ludwig and Hilde Wolf Research Scholar, Professor of Political Science, Faculty Director, Malyi Center for the Study of Institutional and Legal Integrity, Faculty Director, Forum for Free Inquiry and Expression Tom Ginsburg focuses on comparative and international law from an interdisciplinary perspective.





    Regional Expert for Bangladesh at GAC

    Ms. Nadia Rahaman

    Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law at East West University

    Nadia Rahaman is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law at East West University. She previously taught at the University of Asia Pacific’s Department of Law and Human Rights. She earned her LL.B. (First Class) and LL.M. with a thesis in International Trade Law (First Class) from the University of Dhaka and received a University Graduate Scholarship. Her research experience includes roles with the International Crimes Tribunal–Bangladesh, Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust, USAID, and South Asian Institute for Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies. She has published widely in national and international journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings, and has received several awards and research grants, including from the Rule of Law Collaborative, University of South Carolina and Center for Research and Training, East West University. Her current research focuses on gender and personal laws, labour law, disaster law, and space law. She is Joint Secretary of the Commonwealth Legal Education Association, Bangladesh Chapter and an Editorial Board member of International Journal of Human Rights Council in India.





    Institutional Expansion

    The Global Advisory Council is currently expanding through a rigorous and invitation-only process. We are carefully selecting a small cohort of global experts in judicial review, human rights, and constitutional governance to join Professor Khaitan. This deliberate approach ensures that the council remains a focused body dedicated to anchoring our mission and safeguarding the rule of law.
