Constitution Watchdog is administered by a transitional executive leadership team responsible for institutional operations, research coordination, public communications, and governance implementation under its published internal framework.
The current leadership structure supports CW’s institutional formation, administrative continuity, and publication workflow during its transitional phase.
Officers coordinate research, governance, finance, communications, and internal administration. Advisory functions are listed separately where applicable.
Leadership information is published to support institutional transparency and to identify the officers responsible for day-to-day coordination.
High Steering Committee
The High Steering Committee oversees core administrative functions and coordinates CW’s research, governance, finance, and communications work. The descriptions below identify institutional roles and relevant academic or professional backgrounds without implying endorsement by any external body.
Md. Ibrahim Khalilullah
Md. Ibrahim Khalilullah serves as President of Constitution Watchdog and coordinates its institutional development, research direction, and public-law initiatives. He is associated with constitutional reform and judicial-accountability research and also serves as General Secretary of the Bangladesh Law Alliance.
Satirtha Chakma
Satirtha Chakma is a law student at Bangladesh University of Professionals. His work combines legal research, writing, design coordination, and event management, with interests in human rights, indigenous communities, and public-law communication.
Md. Limon Khan
Md. Limon Khan is an LLB student at Bangladesh University of Professionals. He supports governance and discipline coordination within CW, with academic interests in constitutional accountability, legal process, and institutional responsibility.
Mohaeul Alam
Mohaeul Alam is an LLB (Honours) student at Daffodil International University. He supports finance and resource-mobilization coordination and is involved with mooting and legal advocacy through the Daffodil Moot Court Society.
Naimur Akanto
Naimur Akanto is an LLB student at the State University of Bangladesh. He supports CW’s constitutional jurisprudence and research work, with interests in constitutional accountability, public-law analysis, and rights-related legal research.
Md. Golam Mosud Sowrob
Md. Golam Mosud Sowrob is a law student at the State University of Bangladesh. He supports media relations and global communications, with academic interests in constitutional accountability, civic communication, and legal research.
